Core operations are intended to be free, including organizations, people, projects, tasks, lists, Kanban, sprints, timelines, Culture, Direction, Daily Briefs, Performance, and essential reporting. Parts of that core are still being built. This is not a promise of unlimited storage or infrastructure. AI insights, the Knowledge Vault, integrations, and intelligent automations are a separate premium layer and are not available yet.
Yes. One personal identity can own several organizations and join others. Permissions are specific to each organization.
Yes. Projects are optional. An organization can manage people, teams, and responsibilities without creating projects.
Yes. They are two views of the same people. Switching views does not duplicate or remove records. A reporting line does not assign an Owner, Admin, Member, or Guest role.
Lists, Kanban, and sprints are designed as views over one shared task model. A task should not become a new record because the view changes.
No. A timeline can be arranged by phases, outcomes, departments, or other labels you choose. Aligning a roadmap with calendar dates is optional.
That comparison is part of the timeline design. The original plan is meant to remain available when dates or targets change, so a revision does not erase the baseline. The working editor is not in this preview.
