How it works
Set the shape. Change it when the work changes.
These steps describe the product journey. An organization can use some of them and leave others unused. They are not workflows in the current demo, and early choices are not a permanent lock.
01
Create your personal identity
Your account belongs to you. It is not permanently tied to one company.
02
Create or join an organization
Own an organization, or participate in one someone else owns. Access is decided there, not globally.
03
Choose your operating model and structures
People, projects, or both. Name groupings such as Department, Team, or Brand, and use a list, an org chart, or both views of the same people.
04
Organize people, projects, and work
Lists, Kanban, and sprints are views over the same tasks. A brand or project timeline can use axes you name, with dates only when they matter.
05
Establish your Culture
Vision, mission, policies, and operating principles can live with that organization. Another organization keeps its own.
06
Align teams through Direction
Leaders can share a daily note or a weekly outlook with the whole organization, a brand, or a named group.
07
Share progress with Daily Briefs
A brief is two lines about the work and what comes next. It is a practice, not a performance score.
08
Review outcomes through Performance
Weekly check-ins, monthly reviews, and quarterly evaluations stay with the people authorized to see them.
An organization can add projects later, skip Culture, or use Daily Briefs without quarterly evaluations. The modules stay independent. Setup is a starting point.
